This is Long Term Care 2023 Registration is Now Open!

Grand Prize: A 5-night trip for two, including flights and hotel, to the Algarve in Portugal, valid from December 2023 to May 2024!!

Rules: Contest is valid for all home-member staff that register and attend TiLTC. Registrants will automatically be entered into the contest.

• The lucky winner will be announced by Torkin Manes LLP at the Gala on October 23rd.
• Contest entry will be valid from June 22 to October 22, 2023.
• Entry to the contest will be automatic and no other conditions apply.

*** The Ontario Long-Term Care Association does not guarantee this prize.  The successful contestant will be required to sign a waiver in order to claim the prize.

Regular rates start Wednesday, September 13.

Registration Details

Two-Day Conference Registration + Recognition Gala includes:

• Access to all programming including keynotes, plenary sessions and ‘The Pitch’ a fresh take on OLTCA’s Innovators’ Den
• One invitation to the Sunday Scaries Kick-Off Party (Location – TBD)
• One Invitation to OLTCA’s Recognition Gala
• One Invitation to the Gala After Party Hosted by Plan A Powered by StaffStat
• Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments
• Exhibit Hall access on both days
• Access to the conference mobile app
• Post-event access to all recorded sessions

Two-Day Conference Registration includes:

One-Day Conference Registration (Monday or Tuesday) includes:

• Access to all programming applicable on the selected day of choice

• Exhibit Hall access on day of choice
• Access to the conference mobile app

*Tuesday Frontline Recognition Rate is reserved for frontline team members only. They are encouraged to take advantage of this special discounted package which provides access to the following:

• Access to the TiLTC 2023 Tuesday lineup, including ‘The Pitch’, a fresh take on OLTCA’s Innovators’ Den and curated plenary sessions
• Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments
• Exhibit Hall access that includes participation in the frontline recognition exhibit hall contest and Halloween themed activities
• Access to the conference mobile app

This rate is reserved for staff members that are working directly with long-term care home residents, providing direct care, in a long-term care home and includes but is not limited to:

• Clinical staff
• Resident Support Aides, PSWS
• Administration staff
• Food preparation and nutrition staff
• Maintenance staff
• Recreation staff

Exhibit Hall Pass includes:

• Exhibit Hall access on day one and two of the conference
• Nutrition breaks in the Exhibit Hall area
** Please note, the Exhibit Hall pass does not give access to sessions, social events or recorded sessions.

Member/Partner Registration

To register at the discounted Member/Partner rate, your organization must be a current long-term care home member, Business Partner, Affiliate Partner, or Development Partner of OLTCA at the time of the conference.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

An administration fee of $50 applies to all cancellations before September 29th, 2023. If notice of cancellation is received after September 29th and before October 13th, a refund of less 50% administration fee will be granted. Cancellations after October 13th must be on compassionate or medical grounds. No-shows will be charged full fees. A substitute delegate is welcome at no additional charge.  Please note, cancellations must be in writing and received by email with proper documentation and sent to registration@bayleygroup.com.

Please note, all registrations that take place after October 13, 2023, will only be accepted by credit card. 

The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel this program. Registrants will be notified at the earliest possible date in the event of the cancellation. The Conference and the Secretariat will not be liable for any loss, damages or other expenses other than the registration fees that such cancellation may cause.
