You must be a current Business Partner of OLTCA in order to have a booth at This is Long Term Care. If you’re not a Business Partner, and would like to become one, please connect with the Association directly by contacting: membership@oltca.com

Booths Include:

  • Two Exhibitor Badges (additional can be purchased for $250 each)
  • 10×10 pipe and drape area (8ft high back drape and 3ft high side drape), colour of drape TBA
  • One 6ft table (tablecloth/skirt), two chairs and one corrugated waste basket, colour of table cover TBA
  • Wi-Fi is included for exhibits (no password required)
  • Fully carpeted Exhibit Hall (floor covering on top of existing carpet is not permitted in this building)
  • Exhibitors receive delegate list one week pre-event (list includes delegate name, company and country only for those who have opted in)
  • Exhibitors will be considered delegates and will be able to attend all sessions, including Keynotes, with their Exhibitor Badge
  • Breakfast, lunch, breaks, and reception are included
  • No food or beverage sampling will be permitted on site in the Exhibit Hall due to venue policies and restrictions

Exhibit Set Up: Sunday, October 26 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
Carry-In Only Items: Monday, October 27 8:00 am – 10:30 am
Exhibits Open: Monday, October 27 10:30 am – 3:15 pm
Rocktoberfest Reception: Monday, October 27 5:30 pm – 6:45 pm – we ask that Exhibitors return to the Exhibit Hall on Monday from 5:30 – 6:45pm for the Rocktoberfest Reception happening prior to the dinner (Dinner tickets are a separate purchase price)
Exhibits Open: Tuesday, October 28 11:00 am – 1:15 pm – tear down to follow immediately at 1:15 pm

Cancellation Policy: Full payment due upon booking. No refund of payment will be made after July 14, 2025.
