The Exhibit Hall will be positioned in the ballroom with easy access for load-in and out and central to the meeting rooms, breaks, registration area and all functions.

INCLUDED IN YOUR 10′ x 10′ EXHIBIT SPACE

• 10′ x 10′ pipe and drape area (8′ high back drape and 3′ high side drape, drape colour – TBA)
• One (1) 6ft table (white table cloth/skirt), two (2) chairs and one (1) corrugated waste basket
• Wi-Fi is included for exhibits (no password required)
• Fully carpeted Exhibit Hall (floor covering on top of existing carpet is not permitted in this building)
• Exhibitors will be considered delegates and will be able to attend all sessions, including Keynotes, with
  their Exhibitor Badge
• Breakfast, lunch, breaks, and reception are included
• Two (2) complimentary booth staff badges (additional badges can be purchased for $250 each)
• There will be no option for lead retrieval this year. Exhibitors may have a draw to collect leads, however this is solely the responsibility of the exhibitor.
• No food or beverage sampling will be permitted on site in the Exhibit Hall due to venue policies and restrictions
  *All Exhibitor Badges will be picked up at the Exhibitor Registration Desk inside the Exhibit Hall.
