Jumpstart your day (on the mornings of October 26 & 27) with a virtual bootcamp workout hosted by the FIT Room.

How: Login to the conference platform and join us for a live workout led by the Fit Room
The FIT Room has pivoted to an awesome online workout program. With over 25 live classes per week, a full workout library of all their workouts (if you can’t do a class live), and lots of accountability to make sure that you’re staying on track and getting results, this program has it all!
Keeping their bootcamp theme alive, each workout has a mixture of all types of training from strength, cardio and core training, to everything in between. On top of the workouts, there’s a weekly Yoga class too.
Beyond the workouts, you’ll get the FIT Room’s easy to follow nutrition program and access to their weekly webinars on all topics health and weight loss related! Plus you’ll get daily coaching and weekly check-ins!
