Presenter Discount Information

Conference presenters will receive a $50 discount on their registration. This discount is only applicable to the presenter’s registration and cannot be used for the Unmask the Night Gala or the Exhibit Hall Only Pass.

Conference Registration Details

Two-Day Conference Registration + Unmask the Night Dinner & Dance includes:

• Access to all conference programming, including keynotes, plenary sessions, and The Pitch
• One invitation – Monday, October 26: TiLTC Conference Kick-Off Reception (Location: Nodo Liberty)
• One invitation – Tuesday, October 27: Grand Canal Social + Reception in the Exhibit Hall followed by the Unmask the Night Dinner & Dance
• Breakfast, lunch, and refreshments in the Exhibit Hall
• Exhibit hall access on both days
• Access to the conference mobile app
• Post-event access to all recorded sessions

Two-Day Conference Registration includes:

• Access to all conference programming, including keynotes, plenary sessions, and The Pitch

• Exhibit hall access on the selected day
• Access to the conference mobile app

Exhibit Hall Pass includes:

• Exhibit hall access on Tuesday and Wednesday of the conference
• Lunch, refreshments, and access to the Grand Canal Social + Reception in the Exhibit Hall

Please Note: The Exhibit Hall pass does not provide access to live sessions, other social events, or recorded sessions.

Member/Partner Registration

To register at the discounted Member/Partner rate, your organization must be a current LTC Home Member, Business Partner, Affiliate Partner, or Development Partner of OLTCA at the time of the conference.

Payment

Payments can be made by EFT or Canadian credit card. To be eligible to attend, payments made via EFT must be received by October 2, 2026.

Please Note: Registrations made on or after October 2, 2026 must be paid by credit card only.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy 

• An administration fee of $50 applies to all cancellations made before October 2, 2026. 
• Cancellations made after October 2 but before October 16, 2026, will receive a refund less a 50% administration fee. 
• Cancellations after October 16, 2026, will only be considered on compassionate or medical grounds. 
• No-shows will be charged the full registration fee. 
• A substitute delegate may attend at no additional charge. 
• Cancellations must be made in writing, with proper documentation, and sent to registration@bayleygroup.com

The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to cancel the program. Registrants will be notified as soon as possible in the event of cancellation. The Conference and Secretariat are not liable for any loss, damages, or expenses beyond the registration fees that may arise due to cancellation.
